EXIT Realty Unlimited is located in the heart of Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, NV, one of the fastest growing master planned communities in the United States. Henderson is a suburb of Las Vegas located approximately six miles from the "Strip" on Las Vegas Boulevard.

What separates EXIT Realty Unlimited from our competition is our unique compensation program that we offer to our agents which we refer to as the EXIT Formula. We offer a commission structure that starts each agent at 70% for each transaction, which increases to 90% after the first $100,000 in gross commissions. There are no monthly desk fees or high franchise fees that the agent must pay.

EXIT offers a residual program similar to that of the insurance industry. We offer sponsoring bonuses as well as a retirement and a beneficiary plan. Each agent will receive at least 80 hours of extensive training by certified real estate instructors.
