Why Exit?
The question may come up: So who needs another real estate company? The truthful answer is NO ONE! No one needs just ANOTHER real estate company. But EXIT Realty is NOT just another one of the same ol' same ol'. EXIT Realty is "Real Estate Re-Invented." Steve Morris, Founder and CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, recognized the real estate industry was falling way behind the modern model of company structure and compensation. He saw that the industry was having a hard time recruiting top people and the new available work force that was graduating from our nation's colleges and universities into the industry . How could the real estate industry, in its current form, compete with large salaries and employee benefit packages that include paid vacations and retirement plans? Really, it can't. So, starting just another real estate company, using the established format that has been used in the industry since its inception, was, frankly, not interesting and a waste of time. That's why EXIT Realty was designed from the beginning to be totally different in its approach to the industry, from focus to compensation (the EXIT Formula), EXIT Realty is leading the way to a newer, brighter and more enjoyable future for the real estate professional.
What's In A Name?
1. The Most Advertised word in the world. Imagine your company name at every EXIT along every Highway in the Country... Now imagine your name at every entry to every public building ... now imagine your name on a sign even in the corridors of your competitor's office. EXIT is everywhere!
2. Must be illuminated by law. Now imagine your Company's name up in Lights. The EXIT sign must be illuminated in every public building. Talk about Name Recognition!
