Setup Costs:

Green Valley Property Management, L.L.C. charges a one-time management fee of $500.00 which includes $250.00 as operating reserves for your account.  The operating reserves are a credit to the landlord.

Management Fees:

Management fees monthly are as follows:

10% of gross revenue for one property

8% of gross revenue for two or more properties

Management fees are not collected for vacant properties.  There are no overrides or supervisory fees charged by the company for maintenance or repairs.  Late charges for tenants, enforced by the company, are included (passed on) in gross revenues to the landlord.
